Diaspora to the West

Looking at these photos, I might want to stay here.

Wahaha! NCLEX na lang...

OK. You might say I can go here because I'm a nurse. Well technically, yes but not now. I still don't want to arrange those overseas required bullshit. Plus it's really expensive and time consuming to take all of those exams. Lastly, I don't want to go there without experience. Enough said.

Capiche?

A big thank you to Mark, for letting me borrow his photos. Peace out!

Naalala ko bigla. I had a classmate in college who transferred to Queen's NY nung mga 2nd year kami. Biochem din inaral nya. And we were like, "Wow, namamasyal na siguro siya ngayon sa Central Park..." Lol. She just came back here to visit before continuing her masters dun. Grabe.

Hehe, naputol pa... I was saying, imagine the cost diba... tulad ng cost ng mga exams for nurses, it's too expensive din na mag-aral doon. Pero siguro madali siya makakuha ng scholarship for her masters since magaling naman siya... oh well.

True yung CGFNS, it costs 395 dollars. O di ba? It's roughly about 18 grand. Ang mahal. Sheesh.

If you're good enough to get drafted for a scholarship, petiks mode ka na hanggang sa makatapos ka, basta ma-maintain mo yung grades mo.

Hmpf! Buti pa dun...

Wow. As for the exams, buti pala may NCLEX na dito... at least kahit papano di na gagastos yung nurses natin na magexam pa abroad, kasi the fee in itself is huge na.

I think the NCLEX is more expensive. I'm not sure. Di ko pa kasi inaasikaso. Haha!

True. Malaki ang gastos bago makapag-abroad. Lalo na if an agency hires you. They take a huge sum away from your salary. Balak kong maging indie applicant. Hihi!
